Micro projet advancement

Yesterday, we have done an inventory on our micro project. Barbara decided to organize work at best because our organization wasn't effective.
I have work on new innovate products in other sports such as motorcycle, mountaineering, bike, skiing because some innovation in there sports could help us in our project. I find a good system to protect a fall in mountaineering :  "ABS" that represent a double airbag on upper body. The goal is to reduce injuries risks.

More, i find more innovative products in security in horse riding :

• Body protector (protect upper body) 
• Air jacket (airbag) 
• A new vest (airbag and an other protection) 

But i don't find an innovation on head protection other than the bombe whereas it's the part who is most affective when there are falls.

Finally, i looking competitors price on :

• Head protection (the gap is very big between competitors), i looking informations on the strongest price and the difference is number of part concerning head protection 
• Neck protection (used essentially on motorcycle or bike)
• Airbag

For send our product, we must find the better distribution channels so i looking a lot of distribution channels in order to choose the best. In my opinion, must send our product in internet because for us (in the first part) it's less expensive, increase customers, it's less expansive to do a website rather a shop so we can decrease product price. (In the second pat), for customers, there is a time saving, they can compare price and they can buy everyday and everywhere.
