Practise athletic since 11 years and according to the years i progress and i must training everyday.
I hate musculation but it's essential in order to progress... my speciality is 200m and in this race i have need "powerful muscles" but there is a problem, i don't want big muscles!!!!
I have two musculation sessions and four training sessions during the week.
My training sessions is :
- Monday : long-distance race
- Tuesday : rise in the road
- Friday : sprint race
- Sunday : long jogging or swimming session
How do you keep yourself motivated Elise?
RépondreSupprimerHow long do you spend doing weight-training each week? (musculation :-)
Motivation is always here because i have sports results and when i have that i want be continued in order to be even stronger. I am more and more performant thanks to musculation.
SupprimerSpend maybe 3h30 in musculation a week but i have always muscular strengthening session after my training session ! (30min a session)
You do 3h30 of weight-training? Wow.
SupprimerImpressive. It's a great example of deliberate practice, something we talked about Wednesday on #PKMChat talking about van Gogh. Repeat until the practice nearly perfect, optimal.
