musculation program

My physical preparator make me worked negatives points in my race. I work essentially the starting because it's my principal low point…
For that, he invents a new exercise : go in starting block as a competition and at the second support i jump on the big carpet ! The goal is feel the supports each thrust in the ground. It's very funny :)

More i do a lot of squat because a sprinter is forced in order to don't crash at the beginning. Amazed me i am to 90 kg to full squat !!! I said "it's a good job Elise" !

Finally, i must do bonding everywhere because it takes movements at the start and i must stretch my muscles to a biggest efficiency.
